1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are made on our website.
• We require 100% payment upfront to secure your booking.
• Payment is EFT only.

2. Refundable Deposit

• Each booking requires a R150 refundable deposit.
• We refund it via EFT within 24 hours after you return the gear, depending on bank clearing times.
• We may keep the deposit if items are late, dirty, damaged, or missing parts.

3. Collection & Return

• We operate on a Click & Collect basis.
• Bring your South African ID when collecting.
• You must be 18 or older to rent.
• Return everything in the same condition and packed neatly.

Late Returns

• Returns are late if not back by the day after your agreed return date.
• Late fees = full daily rental rate per day until the items are returned.

4. Damage & Responsibility

• You are responsible for the equipment from the moment you collect it.
• If something is damaged:
  • Minor repairs = you cover repair costs
  • Major damage/loss = you cover replacement cost
• Payment for damage must be made within 5 days of your return date.

DO NOT

• Open or take apart equipment
• Tamper with anything inside
• Expose gear to liquids
• Use outdoors without proper cover/protection

5. Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 4 days before your booking date.
• Cancellations within 4 days are non-refundable.

6. Safety & Liability

• Please use the equipment safely.
• AtomSound is not responsible for injuries or damage caused by incorrect use.
